Train for success, not failure

Dogs are happiest when they’re just being dogs!

Sniffing...Chewing...Barking.

Sometimes these natural canine behaviors can be frustrating to owners.

You can’t eliminate them, but they can be managed by

Showing them Where to sniff…What to chew…and When to stop barking.

Sniffing

Sniffing  provides a boat load of enrichment for dogs.

Plus it’s a way for them to calm themselves or communicate their intentions to other dogs.  Allow them time to sniff on every walk.

Chewing

Chewing!  Dogs gotta chew their whole lives…

Chewing strengthens their teeth, provides satisfaction and stimulation and as an added bonus, will wear them out!   Alway have appropriate chews on hand for them to chew.

Barking

Barking!  Dogs bark for lots of reasons:  attention, frustration, or boredom, to name a few.

Although it’s important to find the reason for the barking first, In most cases you can teach them how to respond to “quiet.”
